Return Policy We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes/attars
- Items damaged by customer misuse
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer or store credit.
